Note: There is a mail drop off box in the benefit plan office door where forms
can be dropped off at anytime.
Please call the office to confirm weekly drop in times.
The Benefits Office is closed until June 23rd, 2008 for staff vacation. For claims or coverage inquiries, please contact Sunlife.
