PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE

The prescription drug coverage through Sunlife is based on the Fair Pharmacary Formulary "U".

To check and see if a specific prescription drug is covered under the plan visit the page below.

You can locate the Drug Identification Number (DIN) by looking at the label on your prescription package.

If you don't have the DIN number, you must enter the exact drug name, for example if your prescription is for Min Ovral, you must enter in as on the receipt "Min-Ovral" (note the dash).

When you do a search, if you receive the message: "No Matching Drugs" that means that particular prescription is not covered under the plan.
